A relaxed 40-minute online tarot reading designed to feel less like a formal session and more like sitting down with a trusted friend, turning over a few cards and talking through what is on your mind. Bring your coffee, tea and curiosity. You might arrive with a specific question, a decision you are weighing up, or simply a sense that you would like a little guidance around what is unfolding in your life. Together, we will explore the themes, possibilities and perspectives reflected in the cards, creating space for insight without overcomplicating the moment. Perfect for quick curiosities, gentle check-ins and those times when you need a fresh perspective.
Cancellation Policy
Privacy Policy – Syol Stories At Syol Stories, your privacy is a priority. This policy explains how we handle your personal information, in alignment with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). 1. Collection We collect only relevant information (e.g., contact details, health history, session notes) for your care and healing process. 2. Use Your information is used solely to provide services, maintain records, and manage bookings. It is not shared without your consent unless required by law. 3. Storage Data is securely stored either digitally (password-protected) or in locked cabinets. Only authorised personnel can access it. 4. Access You may access or update your personal information anytime by contacting us directly. 5. Retention Your records are kept for 7 years (or as legally required), after which they are securely destroyed. 6. Confidentiality All sessions are private. Information shared is confidential unless disclosure is legally required or necessary to prevent harm. 7. Online Sessions Sessions conducted online are offered via secure platforms. While all efforts are made to protect your privacy, there are inherent risks in digital communication. In order to honour your time, my time, and the energetic preparation involved, the following policy applies to all bookings: Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two times with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. To request a reschedule, please email or message as soon as possible. After two reschedules, the booking will be forfeited, and a new appointment will require a new booking. Cancellations & No-Shows Refunds are not available for cancellations or missed appointments. If you do not attend your session and have not given prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and will not be rescheduled or refunded. In extreme or compassionate circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, sudden crisis), please reach out directly. These cases will be considered individually and with care. Respecting Energy & Time Each session involves not just time, but energetic preparation, intention, and support. This policy is in place to honour the sacred space created for your healing journey.
